Overview
Project managed the 4th Commonwealth Conference on Youth Work, an international event bringing together youth work practitioners, policymakers, researchers and sector leaders from across the Commonwealth to explore the future of youth work and its role in supporting young people worldwide.
Hosted by the National Youth Agency, the conference formed part of the Commonwealth’s Year of Youth celebrations and aimed to elevate the role of youth work in shaping policy, practice and collaboration across 56 member states. Work delivered
Led project management and delivery of a three-day international conference for youth work professionals and policymakers
Coordinated a multi-format programme including keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and breakout sessions
Managed speaker and partner coordination across international stakeholders
Supported the design of a hybrid conference format, enabling both in-person and virtual participation
Oversaw operational planning, programme logistics and session coordination across multiple conference themes
Ensured the smooth delivery of interactive sessions designed to encourage collaboration, debate and knowledge exchange
Impact
The conference created a global platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing and partnership building across the youth work sector.
