Overview
Project managed the 10th anniversary celebration for The Childhood Trust, marking a decade of the charity’s work supporting children and young people experiencing poverty in London. The event brought together supporters, partners and stakeholders to celebrate the organisation’s impact and strengthen relationships with its community of funders and collaborators.
Hosted at Grand Junction in London, the evening was designed as a celebratory reception featuring speeches, performances and networking, providing an opportunity to reflect on the charity’s achievements and future ambitions. Childhood Trust 10th Anniversary.
Work delivered
Led end-to-end project management of the anniversary celebration event
Developed the event plan, timeline and delivery strategy across all project phases
Managed the event budget and supplier coordination, including venue, catering, AV and event production
Coordinated guest invitations, RSVPs and attendee management for approximately 200 guests
Managed the event programme, including speeches and performances
Oversaw venue setup, event logistics and onsite delivery to ensure the event ran smoothly.
Impact
The celebration successfully marked a significant milestone for the charity, bringing together key supporters and stakeholders in an engaging and memorable setting.
