Overview

This project was delivered as part of my consultancy work with the global event agency George P Johnson.

Supported the delivery of a large-scale international financial services conference, managing the development and coordination of a complex breakout programme featuring more than 50 sessions across multiple content tracks.

Work delivered

• Managed the conference session catalogue using RainFocus (and previously Cvent)

• Coordinated session content across multiple programme streams

• Worked closely with client leads to ensure session content aligned with conference objectives

• Supported speakers in preparing and delivering their sessions and materials

• Coordinated with production and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery across the conference programme

Impact

Delivered a well-coordinated breakout programme with strong speaker engagement and clear thematic alignment, contributing to a high-quality conference experience for delegates and strengthening the overall event programme.
